Lu’Ma Native Housing Society – Tentative Agreement Ratified by Membership

Please be advised that the ballots were verified on January 27, by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at Lu’Ma Native Housing Society voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 42 (77.8%)
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 12 (22.2%)
Total Ballots Cast: 54
We will update the collective agreement with the agreed changes and once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
