We are calling an urgent meeting of the Electoral Committee as follows:

It is imperative that we hold a meeting of the committee to review the proposed electoral boundary changes for the upcoming Executive Council election prior to the December 18th Executive Board meeting. We recognize that this is very short notice, and for that we apologize. A leave of absence letter will be sent to your employers this morning. Due to this short notice, we acknowledge that it is possible that the request will be denied however, to keep within the timelines for the electoral boundary review, we must go ahead with this meeting.
