Hertz YVR – Bargaining Committee Election: Extended to Monday, November 24, 2025

To: All MoveUP members at Dollar-Thrifty and Hertz YVR
A number of members have reached out to indicate they did not receive a link for the Bargaining Committee Election vote.
Per our records, we have about three dozen members for whom we do not have a non-work email contact.
We have asked your job stewards to reach out to their colleagues to ensure they provide a non-work email so they can participate in the bargaining committee vote if they so choose.
To ensure members have the opportunity to participate in the bargaining committee vote, we have extended the vote until:
Monday, November 24, 2025, at 4:00pm.
Advice to Members:
- Please reach out to your job stewards if you need assistance
- Please email membership@moveuptogether.ca if you do not have your membership number.
The preferred method is to register at the member portal at:
https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/
We urge you to please get your non-work email registered because we need to start the process of bargaining preparation.
