LNHS – Bargaining Update #2

Your bargaining committee met with your employer last week, August 26, 27 and 28, 2025, to continue collective bargaining. During these meetings, your committee reviewed and discussed a number of proposals and counterproposals.
The focus for these three days was continued discussions on non-monetary language. Strong progress was made with the Parties signing off on some articles that will form the finished collective agreement. The Parties are looking to book for further bargaining dates in September and we will update you with our next dates, when confirmed.
