The 2025 Coquitlam Pride Festival takes place this Saturday, July 19 and we want to invite our amazing members, along with their friends and family, to celebrate pride with our union!
Please join President Annette Toth, Secretary-Treasurer Brenda Chu, Vice-President Christy Slusarenko, and Executive Board Member Leilah Thiel as we join in solidarity and celebration with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community at the Coquitlam Pride Festival. Look for our MoveUP booth!

The day starts with a Pride Story Time for children ages 0-8 and their caregivers, put on by the Coquitlam Public Library, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The opening ceremony begins at noon, followed by a short Pride Parade through Town Centre Park along Pinetree Way.
Booths and vendors will be open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., so get to know your local organizations and get some rainbow merch to brighten up your day! There will also be free facepainting onsite, and many other activities.
