ICBC – Online Zoom meetings with Claims Legal Services Members

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC in Claims Legal Services roles and all ICBC JS/EC/EB
As indicated in our June 17, 2025 bulletin, we will be hosting a series of online Zoom meetings to discuss the future of the Claims Legal Services division. These meetings will be your opportunity to have your questions answered and concerns addressed.
The meetings are scheduled by job code to ensure the conversations are the most relevant for those attending. You only need to attend the meeting that is scheduled for your job code.
Meeting #1: Thursday, July 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For all Claims Support Assistant (Job Code 806), Administrative Assistant – Litigation (Job Code 825), Legal Assistant – Litigation (Job Code 403), Legal Billing Representative (Job Code 117671), Litigation Systems Support Assistant (Job Code 200324), Mail Delivery Clerk (Job Code 845), Paralegal (Job Code 406), and Reporting Analyst (Job Code 179614).
