This is a reminder of the Environment committee meeting coming up on September 18th at 6 p.m. (meeting details and join info below). Please note that this meeting will be at 6 p.m., not the originally scheduled 6:30 p.m.
If you require a leave of absence to participate in this meeting please reach out to LOA@moveuptogether.ca, including your working schedule for the day and required time and that is needed for this meeting please.
Update: Kelly has officially resigned from her position as co-chair of the environment committee. Please join me in thanking Kelly for her years of hard work and dedication to this committee. We are excited to see her back, when she is able, to start attending meetings again as a member.
At the meeting on Thursday, September 18, we will be collecting expressions of interest from anyone wanting to run for the co-chair position live at that meeting. If you would like to run for co-chair, please be prepared to let us know on Thursday. If you cannot make the meeting on Thursday, please send your expression of interest to alyguile@gmail.com by the end of the day on September 26. Should there be one, the election will happen live at the October 16 regular committee meeting.
