ICBC – Settlement Reached on Claims Adjuster (ACS2/3) Workload Procedures Policy Grievance

June 11, 2025

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC

We are writing to provide an update on the status of the grievance that your Union filed regarding the provisions of Letter of Understanding #18 (LOU#18) of your collective agreement.

We are pleased to report that your Union and your Employer have reached a mutually agreeable settlement. The settlement includes the release of some statistical information that your Workload Committee has felt is required in order for them to make informed recommendations to your Employer regarding the workload of the Auto Claims Specialist 2 and 3 roles.

What’s next?

The Workload Committee will continue to meet and make recommendations to management following the process outlined in LOU#18 of your collective agreement.

If you have any questions on the above, please contact, Sara Colliss, Union Representative at scolliss@moveuptogether.ca or Missy Besanger, Workload Coordinator, at wlcoordinator@moveuptogether.ca.

In solidarity,

Sara Colliss, Union Representative
Dimitri Ossinsky, Vice President
