As your new Union Representative, I will be attending your location for my first site visit this afternoon.  This is an opportunity for us to meet each other and for you to address any concerns, feedback or seek advice on matters related to your workplace.

I will be available from 1pm-130pm to address individual or group inquiries, so please drop by and say hello.
