Please be advised that the ballots were verified on April 15, 2025 by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at Southern Railway of BC voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 9
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 0
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 9
We will update the collective agreement, to reflect the new expiry date and updated wage rates and, once both parties review and sign we will provide a copy to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
