Konica Minolta – You deserve a fair contract. Let’s put pressure on your employer.

To: All MoveUP Members at Konica Minolta
Nobody knows more than the clients of Konica Minolta the value of the work that you do. Your employer might not respect the work that you do, but their clients certainly do.
The best way for us to put pressure on your employer to come back to the table and get you a fair deal is having the support of their clients – the people who you support regularly and know how much you mean to the company – and having them raise the issue with your employer.
Wearing the MoveUP apparel that we provided you will bring attention to our cause each time you are out servicing a client. We also have a leave-behind flyer for you to pass on to your clients to let them know about what’s happening and how they can support you. You will be receiving these to your home addresses shortly. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require more so we can produce them and get them to you in time.
We have also set up a webpage with information that can be shared with all Konica Minolta’s clients at moveuptogether.ca/konica-action.
I want to thank everybody for their solidarity so far. We are hoping that these actions will get the attention of the employer and get them back to the table ready to be serious about reaching a fair deal.
If we need to escalate further, we will be ready. Your solidarity is essential to our success, so thank you to all of you for coming together for our shared goal.
