ICBC – Bargaining Focus Group – Claims Support Assistants

Your Bargaining Committee is looking to set up focus groups to address the concerns of specific areas of ICBC in the upcoming round of bargaining.

We are inviting 30 members from each group to join us for an evening meeting via Zoom, so we can hear the concerns, feedback and ideas.

Attendance will be on a first come first served basis by RSVP. We encourage those attending to talk to your colleagues prior to the meeting to gather information for these meetings.
