ICBC Vehicle Settlement Representative Job Elimination Update

Please be advised that ICBC has agreed to extend the date from December 6 to December 13 as the new deadline for you to respond regarding the option to receive severance and terminate employment with the corporation, or to transfer into the Customer Service Adjuster role in January 2025. The extension of the deadline is intended to ensure all needed information is received before you need to submit your response. Please keep in mind that if no response is received by December 13, it will be deemed that you will have elected to be placed into the Customer Service Adjuster job.
