Konica Minolta – Bargaining Update #3

Your bargaining committee met with the employer on October 7 – 9, 2024, and November 12, 2024, to continue negotiations.

The parties have made progress when it comes to non-monetary proposals and are preparing discuss the full monetary packages.

Your committee remains focused on advancing the priorities of the membership, with a goal to conclude collective bargaining and bring back the best possible agreement for ratification by the members.

The parties will reconvene at the bargaining table on Tuesday December 3, 2024.
