Salal Foundation – Bargaining Committee Volunteers Needed!

To: All MoveUP members at Salal Foundation
I want to thank all of you for attending our meeting last week. As your Union, we are here to represent your voice in the workplace and your active participation is greatly appreciated.
As our next step, I am looking for volunteers to join our bargaining committee. As a bargaining committee member, you will join me in negotiating your first collective agreement with your employer as we work to negotiate a fair deal that addresses you and your coworkers’ concerns. Your continued involvement and engagement are crucial to ensuring we have a strong representation, so I encourage anyone who is interested to please step forward.
