The results are in and have been reviewed. We received 80 submissions with 64 usable (name attached). As a starting point, we will be advancing workload complaints for the Claims Adjuster and Senior Support and Recovery Specialist positions as they received 22 and 15 responses respectively.
Once we have submitted these complaints we will review and address the remaining submissions, with the Estimator position being the next position that will likely have a workload complaint filed.
Please note that the Workload Coordinator’s schedule to handle workload complaints is every 2nd Monday/Tuesday (Sep. 23/24, Oct. 7/8 etc.) Please bear this in mind with regard to response timelines.
We appreciate all the submissions, feedback and support received thus far from members. We will continue to work our way towards resolutions that support manageable workloads for our members.
