To: All MoveUP members at Konica Minolta
On Monday, June 17, your bargaining committee met with the employer to continue negotiations.
There are significant non-monetary changes to collective agreement being proposed by the employer that remain outstanding.
Your committee recognizes the priorities of the membership, and we remain committed to advancing these priorities. We also recognize the importance of your rights that are already in your collective agreement and remain committed to defending them.
The employer has informed us that they have no availability until October. Your committee plans on having strategic planning meetings in September, with a view to returning to the table with the employer in mid-October.
