Teamsters Local Union No. 155 – Appendix “C” Amendment

To: All MoveUP members at Teamsters Local Union No. 155
Coming out of bargaining earlier this year your union and your employer have discovered a discrepancy with the memorandum of agreement. When we agreed to add registered clinical counsellors to the one thousand dollar ($1000.00) annual amount for psychologists, we were under the misconception that there would be no cost to do so. It turns out that doing so increases the benefits cost by over six percent (6%) so in good faith both parties have agreed to not make this change at this time.
It is something that we can reconsider in the next round of bargaining. A copy of the resigned amended proposal can be found here.
