Seaspan ULC – Membership Meeting and Lunch July 10, 2024

To: All MoveUP members at Seaspan ULC
Your union representative will be at the Pemberton campus for an in-person meet and greet and a membership meeting. We will be having lunch catered for those in attendance.
For those of you who do not work at the Pemberton campus, we have received approval from your employer to host this meeting, including providing employees with the additional travel time to and from the meeting as part of your normal work day.
The meeting details are as follows:
Date: Wednesday, July 10, 2024
Time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Place: Pemberton Campus
(2nd Floor Training Room in the W Gym Building)
Agenda:
- Meet and Greet
- Upcoming bargaining (collective agreement expires February 28, 2025)
- General Questions and Concerns in the Workplace
Please RSVP to confirm your attendance to kberikoff@moveuptogether.ca by 3:00pm on Friday, July 5, 2024 so we can ensure accurate catering numbers.
Due to the lack of parking available at the Pemberton campus, we ask that everyone carpool wherever possible.
Please make every effort to attend and I hope to see you all at the meeting.
