VantageOne Credit Union – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP Members at VantageOne Credit Union
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer. Some highlights of the agreement include:
- Three-year term from December 1, 2023.
- 5% wage increase effective December 1, 2023 (retroactively).
- 4% wage increase effective December 1, 2024
- 4% wage increase effective December 1, 2025.
- Improved RRSP contributions.
- Improved structure for underfilled positions.
- National Day for Truth and Reconciliation added as a statutory holiday.
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of this tentative agreement. We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you. Please find your MOA here.

Ratification Vote
Your union has recently launched a request page for you to obtain your Member ID. We respectfully ask you to keep your contact information current by following the instruction on the member portal. The ratification vote will open following the membership meeting and will close on May 14, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
