The Reach Gallery Museum – Bargaining #5 and Unfair Labour Practice Update

Your union and your employer have agreed to up to 2 days of mediation with mediator Fazal “Fuzz” Bhimji of the Labour Relations Board on April 8 and 9, 2024.
Regarding your union’s formal request for your employer to pay part-time members for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, your Employer denied the request. Therefore, the union filed an Unfair Labour Practice Complaint with the Labour Relations Board.
Your union has agreed to attempt to mediate this complaint when we meet with the Labour Relations Board on April 8 and 9, in addition to negotiations for your collective agreement.
