FortisBC – Bargaining Update #4

To: All MoveUP members at FortisBC
We write to inform you that your bargaining committee met with the employer on November 21 and 22, 2023.
At this stage the parties have mainly spent their time together asking questions to understand more clearly each other’s proposals and overall goals in this negotiation.
The parties will resume negotiations on December 6 and 7, 2023. Further dates will be set as required.
How you can support your bargaining committee
At this time, we ask that our members keep an eye out for bulletins and any other communications that may be coming out. Staying informed is the best way to support your bargaining committee and our efforts to get you a strong deal. Should we need further assistance, we will communicate that to you as the situation changes.
