Neighbourhood Housing Society – Vacant Bargaining Committee Position

To: All MoveUP members at Neighbourhood Housing Society
Due to the resignation of Victoria Mansfield from Neighbourhood Housing Society, there is now a vacant position on the bargaining committee.
In order to provide all employees, including those recently hired, an opportunity to serve on the committee, we are asking for volunteers for the vacant position. If you are interested in being on the bargaining committee, please send an email to ygarie@moveuptogether.ca before 4:30pm on Thursday, May 11. If more than one member is interested, we will hold an election.
Your existing bargaining committee member, Jasdeep Kaur, and I met on May 2 to review the bargaining survey and had very productive discussions. Another meeting to start drafting proposals will be scheduled once the vacant position has been filled.
