To: All MoveUP members at FBC & FBC-CSC
The Union was notified on January 4, 2023, that Andrea Duffels, the accommodation specialist, will be away from the Company until further notice. We have been advised there is a plan to bring someone in to cover temporarily. The Company has asked the Union to cancel all prescheduled meetings.
The Union provided a list to the Company of all outstanding accommodations with the expectation that meetings will be scheduled as soon as possible.
For those who have a signed accommodation in place, you are encouraged to confirm the review date and if you require an extension, or modification to your existing accommodation the Union would suggest reaching out to the accommodation@fortisbc.com directly with the appropriate forms.
