Richmond Cabs – Section 104 Expediated Arbitration Update

We write to provide you with the up-to-date status of our expediated arbitration application. On December 8, 2022, a preliminary discussion took place between counsel and arbitrator. The parties agreed to have this case be dealt with by written submissions, following the schedule below:
