To: All MoveUP HR&M Committee Members
A meeting of the Human Rights and Multicultural Committee has been called for:
Date: Thursday, April 7, 2022.
Time: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: MacPherson Room, MoveUP office, 301 – 4501 Kingsway, Burnaby
Lunch will be brought in for this meeting and we will provide a leave of absence to cover lost work time.
We will require proof of vaccination status from any visitors to the office and all visitors must complete the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment screening questions before coming into the office. The screening link will be sent beforehand to all visitors.
Please RSVP your attendance here and let us know if you have any food allergies/dietary restrictions as well as if you require a leave of absence. Please send any agenda items here no later than April 1st .
Meeting details including agenda will be sent to you closer to the meeting date.
