Coast Mountain Bus – Fraser Health- Vaccination Clinics for CMBC Employees

To: All MoveUP members at Coast Mountain Bus
We are writing today with information we received from your employer late Friday night on May 7, 2021. Fraser Health Authority (FHA) will be conducting vaccination clinics for employees at CMBC based at worksites inside the Fraser Health Authority. These locations include:
- Burnaby Transit Centre
- Port Coquitlam Transit Centre
- Surrey Transit Centre
- Transit Security
Special notes:
- Transit Security Officers may book an appointment at either a Vancouver Coastal Health or Fraser Health vaccination clinic.
- BTC and STC employees who missed their previous opportunity to get vaccinated may book at this time.
We have been advised that these expedited vaccinations are not a result of the employers requests to government to include front-line transit workers in the priority vaccination groups. Rather, FHA is prioritizing various work sectors within their region and we’re grateful to have been included.
To those of you noted above:
All employees born in 2003 and earlier who are based at the above six locations will be given the opportunity to get vaccinated.
You will receive information from your manager or supervisor on how to book your appointment.
