TST-CF – Privacy concerns with employer’s vaccine survey

It has come to our attention that your employer has sent out a survey to employees on the topic of vaccinations.

Your union has not had the opportunity to review this survey and we are concerned about the potential impact it may have on your private information.

We recommend that you do not complete the survey at this time until we have had an opportunity to connect with the employer to ensure that your privacy is respected and that the questions asked in the survey are appropriate.
