Changes to your Municipal Pension Plan

The Municipal Pension Plan has made changes to the design of the pension plan. These changes are designed to improve equity for plan members, align benefits with how members use those benefits, reinforce sustainability of the plan, and stay within the current costs to run the plan.

These changes will go into effect on January 1, 2022.
