Survey sent to Members to Evaluate Executive Director

To: All MoveUP Members at W.A.V.A.W.-RCC
Historically, your union reviews and approves any surveys or questionnaires in advance of an Employer providing them to MoveUP members. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the current survey sent to our employee’s attention.
Our members may be invited by their manager to participate, in this “Executive Director Staff Evaluation”. Please be advised that MoveUP is not in support of our members taking part in this survey.
Although the Employer assures us that the results of the survey will be kept confidential, however a summary of the overall feedback will be provided to assist with professional development, we do not support our members rating management. If you are asked to participate in this survey, please respectfully decline. Please contact either your job steward, union representative or email me directly at cslusarenko@moveuptogether.ca.
