VantageOne Credit Union – Bargaining Update #4

Your bargaining committee met with your employer for 3 days of virtual bargaining, from September 8 to 10, 2020.

There are still outstanding proposals which the parties are not in agreement on and therefore, we will be applying for assistance from a mediator from the Labour Relations Board. It is the goal of the parties that a mediator can assist us with overcoming the last few hurdles left in this round.
