**Reminder** ICBC – Sick Leave/Absenteeism Survey
To: MoveUP members at ICBC

As we indicated in our bargaining bulletin last week, we will be discussing sick leave with ICBC at the next days of collective bargaining. We are looking for the members’ input into the ROOT CAUSE of rising absenteeism at ICBC over the last few years.
If you have not taken 5 minutes to share your thoughts on the root cause of rising absenteeism, please do so. We have already had over 2200 members respond, which is an incredible result, but the more data we gather the more likely we can get ICBC to listen to your perspective on this issue.
