BC Hydro – Seniority Dates

To: All MoveUP members at BC Hydro under MOU #85
As part of repatriation BC Hydro agreed to recognize previous BC Hydro and Accenture seniority.
Accenture has now provided the Union with your previous job selection seniority date. This seniority date will be adjusted to include BC Hydro service since repatriation on May 1, 2018 and will be used in accordance with the BC Hydro collective agreement for the purposes of AV & RWWL day selection, job selection, shift selection and article 9.
Going forward, in advance of shift selection, seniority dates will be updated. Please be aware that this may change your relative position for shift and AV & RWWL selection purposes.
We will send you your seniority date by separate email later next week for you to review, with further instructions if you have any questions or concerns.
