By-Election – Vote Required – Executive Councillor #1615

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC in EC 1614-1615 Area
(EC #1614 – 1615 are at-large positions representing all ICBC members in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. EC #1614 is currently filled.)
Term Ending: April 30, 2020
In the recent by-election, the deadline for nomination forms to be received at the union office was 4:30pm on Monday, May 21, 2018. At that time, nomination forms to fill the above position were received from the following members:
– Wes Porter
– Sharon Breton
As per the constitution, mail ballots will be mailed to each member’s last known home address. Ballots will be sent out of the office on Thursday, May 24, 2018. Please ensure that the union office has your current address prior to this date.
