    BCAA members who have needed roadside assistance over the past few weeks have found themselves stuck at the side of the road waiting for their calls to be answered and responded to. That's because BCAA locked out its roadside assistance employees on June 5, to avoid giving equal pay for equal hours of work. As a result, their roadside assistance line, which serves all of B.C.

MoveUP members have been walking the lockout picket line with their CUPE 7000 coworkers for the last three months.
