West Kootenay Labour Council endorses Sandy Bojenchko for City Councillor

The West Kootenay Labour Council has endorsed Sandy Bojechko for city councillor in the upcoming Castlegar by-election.
Sandy has lived in Castlegar for over 35 years and a long-time advocate for workers’ rights. She is the president of the West Kootenay Labour Council, and her core priorities include better access for seniors and affordable housing. You can read more about Sandy here.
The by-election day takes place on Saturday, April 24 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m at the Castlegar & District Recreation Complex (2101 6th Avenue).
You can also vote in advance at the Recreation Complex on April 14 or April 21 between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information on how to vote, click here.
