Wage Scale increase for Hertz YVR Drivers – November 2018

Your union is pleased to inform you that, effective immediately, all Driver Employees at Hertz YVR will be receiving a wage increase.
The new wage scale can be seen in the chart below:

During the 2016/2017 contract negotiations, your union bargaining committee and employer established “Letter of Understanding No. 5”. The purpose of this Letter of Understanding No. 5 was to review and conduct a job evaluation with respect to the position of “Driver(s)” in accordance with Article 18 of the Collective Agreement. From this evaluation a wage increase was established.
Your Bargaining Committee and Union are proud to have negotiated a wage scale increase for the driver employees at Hertz YVR on top of the already-negotiated 3% increase this year.
