Victoria Shipyards – Ratification Vote Details and Instructions

To: All MoveUP members at Victoria Shipyards
As mentioned in the bulletin we sent out yesterday, a tentative agreement with Victoria Shipyards has been reached and your union is strongly recommending acceptance.
The next step is for our members to exercise their voice through the ratification vote.
Instructions and details for the ratification vote are as follows. Electronic voting through your member portal will open at 9:00am on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 and closes on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 11:00am.

The employer indicated to the Boilermakers 191 during their last bargaining session on Friday, February 13 that this Memorandum of Settlement is their absolute limit. Please take the time to review the Memorandum of Settlement before you cast your vote.
Once all the votes are tallied between all of the unions, we will update you on the results of the ratification vote.
MoveUP is recommending acceptance of this Memorandum of Agreement to our members.
