Victoria Shipyards – Bargaining Update #2

Your union and the Boilermakers 191 representatives met for half a day with your employer on June 25, 2025 to complete the initial proposal exchange for items directly related to LOU 6, which is the MoveUP specific language in the collective agreement.

In addition, five or six bargaining dates have taken place since May 26 in relation to the main body of the collective agreement, which also applies to MoveUP members, however we have not been invited to participate in those discussions.

At this time, no further bargaining dates have been scheduled but we will keep you updated as things progress.
