Vancouver and District Labour Council Annual International Women’s Day dinner – Tickets Available

To all Self-Identifying Female Members in Lower Mainland
Your Women and Gender Rights Committee is pleased to announce the offering of 9 tickets to the Vancouver and District Labour Council Annual International Women’s Day dinner!
The dinner will be held Sunday, March 8, 2026 at the Fraserview Banquet Hall, 8240 Fraser Street in Vancouver. Doors open and dinner buffet open at 5:00pm. Our program begins at 7:00pm.
Once again we are excited to offer members the opportunity to attend this annual celebration of women in the labour movement! This year WGRC member Crystal Mason will be hosting our table on behalf of the committee. Tickets will be provided to any self-identifying female MoveUP member on a first come first given basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests at this time so if co-workers wish to attend together, please send individual RSVP’s and we will try our best to get folks in.
The theme for 2025’s event is Women Organizing Communities. The panel for the evening is a diverse and dynamic group of female advocates and activists,

Proceeds from the dinner will go to funding scholarships and future educational events for women in the labour movement.
