TST-CF Express – Bargaining Update #1

To: All MoveUP members at TST-CF Express
Your bargaining committee met with your employer on November 24, 2023 via a Teams meeting to exchange bargaining proposals and commence negotiations. On December 6, 7, and 8 your bargaining committee met with your employer in Toronto to negotiate and discuss all tabled proposals in an effort to renew your existing collective agreement. The parties require further negotiation dates and we are currently looking at January and February of 2024.
Rest assured, your bargaining committee is committed to negotiating the best possible agreement for you and we will continue to provide updates on our progress.
