TransLink – Vancouver Coastal Health – Vaccination Clinics for TransLink Employees

To: All MoveUP members at TransLink
We are writing today with information we received from your employer this morning. Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) will be conducting vaccination clinics for employees at TransLink based at worksites inside the Vancouver Coastal Health region. These locations include:
- Compass Walk in Centre
- Hamilton Transit Centre
- Richmond Transit Centre
- SeaBus
- Vancouver Transit Centre
We have been advised that these expedited vaccinations are not a result of the employers requests to government to include front-line transit workers in the priority vaccination groups. Rather, Vancouver Coastal Health is prioritizing various work sectors within their region and we’re grateful to have been included.
To those of you noted above:
All employees born in 2003 and earlier who are based at the above five locations will be given the opportunity to get vaccinated.
You will receive information from your manager or supervisor on how to book your appointment. Please kindly do not share this information with anyone else including colleagues, family members or friends.
