A tentative agreement has been reached with your employer. We will be conducting a ratification meeting to discuss the Memorandum of Settlement. Details for the meeting are listed below:
Date: Tuesday, December 1, 2020
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Where: via zoom (details to come)
Please find attached here a bulletin newsletter with highlights of your new collective agreement.
A copy of the tentative agreement is attached here. Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending you vote to accept the agreement. Please kindly refrain from e-mailing any questions or queries to the bargaining committee prior to the membership meeting. All questions and queries will be answered during the meeting by your bargaining committee.
How you vote
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing in to the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. Please do so before Monday, November 30, 2020. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening you will not be eligible to vote.
Online voting
Voting opens: Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
Voting closes: Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 4 p.m.
