The Job Steward and Executive Councillors meetings for 2026 have been scheduled for the following dates:
Thursday, January 22, 2026
Wednesday, February 18, 2026
Thursday, March 12, 2026
Friday, April 10, 2026– in person at MoveUP
Monday, May 11, 2026
Friday, June 26, 2026 – in person at MoveUP
Friday, September 25, 2026 – in-person at MoveUP
Monday, October 19, 2026
Tuesday, November 17, 2026
Friday, December 11, 2026 – in person at MoveUP
*** Please note that due to a busy year of bargaining, there may be some dates that will need to be changed. We will do our best to give ample notice if any changes are needed. ***
For 2026, we will have 6 online meetings, via teams and 4 in person. The online meetings will be 3 hours, and in person meetings will be all day.
You will receive a reminder notice each month. Please try to advise Lisa Jeffery as soon as possible regarding your attendance so that appropriate arrangements can be made for any leaves of absence or other relevant details. Occasionally, there have been issues with leaves, and we want to ensure that we are being as proactive as possible in terms of notice to the employers.
Please advise if there are any questions or concerns arising from the above.
