The Reach Gallery Museum – First Labour/Management Meeting Scheduled
June 14, 2024
To: All MoveUP members at TRGM
Your newly formed Labour/Management Committee’s first meeting with management has been changed to the morning of Thursday, June 27th. This committee was struck as a result of negotiated language in your collective agreement, Article 28.01.
The purpose of this committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to adapt to changes in the economy, to foster the development of work-related skills, and to promote workplace productivity.
Possible topics could include health and safety concerns or aspects of the new collective agreement that have not been implemented yet.
If you have agenda items that you think might be suitable for the meeting please advise one of your job stewards Kate Bradford or Kris Foulds. Alternatively, you may contact your Union Representative, Sara Colliss at scolliss@moveuptogether.ca.
The meeting will be held on site at the Reach. Sara will be in attendance and will be bringing coffee and treats for the membership.
