Saturday: Join MoveUP at the New Westminster Pride Festival!

The 2025 New Westminster Pride Festival takes place this weekend on Saturday, August 16th! We invite our amazing members, along with their friends and family, to join us for the festivities and help represent our union with pride, solidarity, and joy!
Since 2010, New West Pride has been building community, holding events, and making space for 2SLGBTQQIA+ people locally and beyond. The New West Pride Festival is one of the community’s most highly anticipated and well-attended events of the summer.
Where: This car-free event shuts down Columbia Street between 8th street & 4th street. Our MoveUP booth will be in front of the New Westminster Police Station.
When: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Parking: Paid parking is available around the festival, however, will be limited. Folks should consider Skytrain and other transit options.
We hope to see you this Saturday, with your family and friends, to have fun celebrating inclusion and equality!
