Respecting Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) Picket Lines

The PSAC picket lines remain active at your workplace and a Labour Relations Board order is in place which prohibits our ability to respect that line. As unionized employees we cannot stand on the picket line with them in solidarity, but we can show our respect for their picket line by not entering the Shipyard through the Admiral Road entrance.

As per previous communication sent out to you through your job steward, MoveUP requires that all members enter the workplace through the Maplebank entrance where there are no picket lines. Voluntarily crossing a legal picket line is not condoned when an unpicketed entrance is available.
