Reminder to download the MoveUP Convention app

Dear Convention Delegates,
Our 2021 Convention is fast approaching and we wanted to give everyone a quick update as we are less than 10 days away from the start of Convention.
Resolutions now available to view
The list of resolutions is now available on our Convention website. You can review the resolutions to see what will be coming up for potential debate on the Convention floor.
Reminder to download Convention app
A reminder to all delegates to please download the Convention app and create your profile as soon as possible.
You will have received an invitation on October 6 from MoveUP via our Convention app called EventMobi. This email invited you to download the app and join our event. Each invitation is unique to each delegate, so please do not share your invitation with anyone else. The email came from moveup@event-emails.com so please make sure to add this to your safe senders list.
If you are prompted to enter an event code when you download the app, please enter moveup.
You will be able to access the Convention app either through a web browser, or on your mobile device.
We have also put together a “Reference Guide” to review for using EventMobi.

Parking at the Convention hotel
Paid, underground parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Delegates can apply to have their parking expenses reimbursed after. To pay for parking, please download the hangtag app. The location name is “Royal Centre.”
For delegates who are staying at the hotel, your parking is SEPARATE from your hotel room and taxes charge which is covered by MoveUP. Please make sure you pay for parking separately. MoveUP will not reimburse fees for fines or penalties incurred due to a parking violation.
Be ready to display your credential form confirmation
In your confirmation letter, there is a credential form. Please be ready to present this form either on your mobile device or bring a printed copy of it when you check-in at registration.
Please have your vaccine pass ready
Per BC provincial health regulations, we will be required to check each delegate’s proof of vaccination. If you are from BC, you will need to present your BC Vaccine Card QR code (either on your mobile device or paper copy) as well as a proof of identification matching the Vaccine Card. You can download your BC Vaccine Card here.
If you are coming from out-of-province, we will require you to show your province’s accepted vaccination card along with a matching proof of identification.
