***Reminder*** CMBC Transit Security – Bullying and Harassment Survey

To: All MoveUP members at Coast Mountain Bus
***REMINDER***
MoveUP has represented members in Transit Security involved in several bullying and harassment complaints and related WCB matters. To better protect members from psychological injury, we want to take a department-wide look at what our members’ experiences.
This survey provides you all with an opportunity to share your experience anonymously so that MoveUP can advocate better for you on this issue. We need each and every member to be honest. Nobody should be coaching others on how to answer these survey questions.
The raw survey results will stay with MoveUP and will not be shared with the employer. A summary of overarching findings may be shared with the employer with the direct goal of making change to prevent injury to MoveUP members.
The survey will close February 19, 2021 at 5pm, so please take the time to complete the survey before then. A link to the survey can be found here.
