October 27: IBEW 213 Ratifies Collective Agreements with FortisBC

To: All MoveUP Members at FortisBC and FortisBC-CSC
We are happy to inform you that on Friday, October 24, IBEW 213 Gas and IBEW 213 Electric both ratified their new collective agreements.
We appreciate this has been a difficult time for everyone with the uncertainty surrounding potential job action and we want to thank you all for your patience, understanding, and keeping engaged with us as we monitored the situation and prepared for the potential of third-party picketing.
We want to send a special thank you to all those who volunteered for the Job Action Committee and to be a Picket Captain. Standing in solidarity with your IBEW 213 coworkers strengthened the bond between the two unions.
